Once this is filled, the program automatically generates your goal weight range, which is calculated based on a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) according to your sex and body type. Once you choose your goal weight based on the range, you are directed to a page in which you are introduced to Your Coach with a sypnosis of his experience with leanwagon.com. In order to continue using the features of the website, you are directed to introduce yourself by stating your location, occupation and year of birth.
The program is easy to use. Lean Wagon has created a weight loss program that is intended to encourage its participants to adopt healthy eating habits, therefore exercising is not emphasized which may be best for individuals who live a busy lifestyle. In order to get started you must not eat simple carbohydrates for six days and take the seventh day as a "break" in which you could indulge in any type of foods. As part of the program you must track your progress on the website daily and discuss your progress with your Plan Coach. You could also read comments from the Member Feeds, and post your own opinions, questions and even new recipe ideas. Overall this website serves as a community support on your journey to weight loss.
